Frequently Asked Questions
We offer 6, 12, 20, and 30 yard containers. The right size depends on the volume of your construction waste. 6 yards suits small renovations; 30 yards suits major demolition projects.
The minimum rental period is 10 days. You can extend your rental if needed before the pickup is requested.
Accepted waste types include construction debris, concrete, wood, metal, tiles, and general building materials. You must select the waste type during booking. Hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, paint, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
Payment is arranged directly with the container rental company after your booking is accepted. Payment methods vary by company.
You can cancel a pending booking before it is accepted by the renter. Once the renter accepts your booking, cancellation policies are set by the company. If the renter does not respond within 60 minutes, your booking is automatically cancelled and you are notified.
During booking, you can tap on an interactive map to pin your delivery address. You can also save frequently used locations for quick selection in future bookings.
If a renter does not accept or reject your booking within 60 minutes, the system automatically cancels it to protect your time. You can rebook with the same or a different company.
After your rental is completed, you can leave a 1-5 star rating for the container company. Your rating helps other customers make informed decisions.
Availability depends on registered companies in your area. Try selecting 'All Cities' to see the nearest available options. You can also contact us so we can notify you when service reaches your city.
How It Works for Renters

Register your company, upload your commercial registration, and get verified by our admin team.

List Containers
Add your containers with size, price per day, and available stock. Organize them under branches with city locations.

Manage Bookings
Accept or decline incoming bookings. Assign drivers for delivery and pickup. Monitor all active rentals from your dashboard.

During sign-up, you'll create an account, fill in your company details, and upload your commercial registration document. Our admin team will review and verify your application within 1-2 business days. You'll be notified by email when approved.
From the 'Branches' section in your dashboard, create a branch with a city, district, and GPS coordinates. Then add containers to each branch with their size and price. You can use a Google Maps link to automatically fill the GPS coordinates.
You have 60 minutes to accept or decline a new booking request. If you don't respond within this window, the booking is automatically cancelled and the customer is notified. Make sure to enable notifications for your app.
From the 'Drivers' section in your dashboard, add driver accounts with their name and phone number. You can then assign specific drivers to delivery or pickup tasks for each rental. Drivers log in with their phone number and password through the Driver Login screen.
Containers are sorted for customers by distance from their GPS location. This is based on the GPS coordinates of your branches. Ensure your branch coordinates are accurate so customers nearby can find your containers first.
Yes. You can deactivate any container from your dashboard to hide it from customer searches. However, you cannot deactivate a container that has active rentals. Finish or cancel those rentals first.
If your verification was rejected, please submit a support request below with your company name and a clear, legible photo of your commercial registration document. Our team will review your case manually.
Customer ratings are averaged and displayed on your container cards visible to all customers. You can see the average rating on each container listing in the browse view. Individual reviews are currently not displayed publicly.
